1. Entry Period

The "Cache-cache dans la Manche, the Normandy Peninsula" (the "Contest") starts at 10:00a.m. (PT) on April 21st, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (PT) on January 05th, 2009 (the "Contest Period"). All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. (PT) on January 05th, 2009.

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States and Europe Union who are at least 18 years of age or older at time of entry. VOID WHEREVER PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. Employees (and their immediate families) of Neodia and Manche Tourism and its respective affiliated companies, independent insurance agents, suppliers, subsidiaries, and advertising agencies are not eligible. By participating in this Contest, entrants (a) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Comité départemental du tourisme de la Manche, which are final in all matters relating to this Contest, and (b) acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules.

3. To Enter

Log on to sweepstakes.manche-tourism.com (the "Website") at any time during the Contest Period, fill in all the fields and click on the "Submit" button. There is no cost to enter on the Contest Website.

4. Submission Requirements

Eligible Entries shall consist of the Contest entry information form completely and accurately completed by the entrant.

5. Winners Selection/Notification

Limit of one inscription per person (same name, address, email and postal code) per game period. A total of four game periods will be held as follows

1st game period
From April 21st till June 30th,2008
Drawing July 10th, 2008

2nd game periode
From July 1st till August 31st, 2008
Drawing September 10th , 2008

3rd game periode
From September 1st till October 31st, 2008
Drawing November 13th,2008

4th game periode
From November 1st, 2008 till January 05th, 2009
Drawing January 09th, 2009

There are 2 winners per drawing, each winning a holiday to the Manche. The winner will be notified by mail one week after the date of the drawing.
The winner has one month following the date of postage of the notifying letter to claim his prize. After this time, the participant loses his right to reclaim his winnings.
A cash payment of the value of the prize is not possible.

6. Prizes

For all prizes: Winners are responsible for all expenses related to their prizes which are not expressly set forth in these Official Rules. Arrangements for prize fulfillment will be made by Comité Départemental du Tourisme de la Manche. The actual retail value of the awarded prizes depends on existing market conditions at time of prize fulfillment. No substitution, transfer of prizes (or any portion thereof) or cash alternative permitted, except by Comité départemental du tourisme de la Manche due to prize unavailability at time of prize fulfillment. The value of the prizes may be taxable as income to Winners. Upon receipt of the Prize, Prize Winner is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local tax that becomes due with respect thereto. All details related to the prizes not specified herein shall be determined by Comité départemental du tourisme de la Manche.

7. Winner Verification

Each potential Winner (and the parent/legal guardian of any entrant who is a minor in his state of residence), may be required to sign (a) an affidavit of eligibility and liability releasing Neodia their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, members, affiliated companies and subsidiaries, from any and all liability, claims, demands and causes of action for personal injury and/or damage, theft, loss, or any other harm suffered in connection with this Contest or the use or acceptance of any of promotional opportunities and/or prizes received, (b) except where prohibited, a promotional release granting the Comité départemental du tourisme de la Manche the right to use his or her name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation. Entry into this Contest constitutes each entrant's (including each potential Winner's) agreement to sign such affidavit and release form(s). A potential winner's failure to sign and return any of the documents when requested may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY A WINNER OR ANY BEHAVIOR BY A WINNER THAT WILL BRING SUCH WINNER OR COMITÉ DÉPARTEMENTAL DU TOURISME DE LA MANCHE INTO DISREPUTE (IN COMITÉ DÉPARTEMENTAL DU TOURISME DE LA MANCHE' SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS A WINNER OF THE "NOW WHAT NEODIA VIDEO CONTEST," AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS A WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY

8. General Terms

The Comité départemental du tourisme de la Manche assume no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Contest or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Contest. The Comité départemental du tourisme de la Manche are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Contest. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Comité départemental du tourisme de la Manche which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, the Comité départemental du tourisme de la Manche reserve the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. Should the Contest be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on www.bigdaddy.fr and the prizes may be awarded to winners to be selected from among all Eligible Entries received up until the time of termination. All interpretations of these Official Rules and decisions by the Comité départemental du tourisme de la Manche are final. The Comité départemental du tourisme de la Manche reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering, or has tampered with the entry process or the operation of this Contest; to be acting in violation of these Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person or to have provided inaccurate information on any legal documents submitted in connection with this Contest. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, CVFM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THE NEW YORK COURTS (STATE AND FEDERAL) SHALL HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION OF ANY CONTROVERSIES REGARDING THE CONTEST AND THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK SHALL GOVERN THE CONTEST. EACH ENTRANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THESE COURTS AND HEREBY SUBMITS TO THE JURISDICTION OF THOSE COURTS.
